I’ve played all the puzzles and enjoy doing the new ones. But the game loses track of things and there is no way to report it to be fixed from in the game. The current event with three goal items to collect clears out the count of the third one (car icon) every time you exit the game. You can never collect all of the ones needed to get the bonus puzzles. Another annoyance is the special buttons to spend collected resources are so close to the keyboard — it is quite easy to accidentally spend them when just trying to enter a word.

After playing and enjoying this game for many years, you are forcing me to accept that you will share my personal data with a third party. That will not be happening. I am deleting my App after writing this review. No thank you!

I have been using this app for many years. Now there is a window that will not let me bypass it saying I have to accept that they share your data with third parties. I did love this app and used it every day, but now that they are making this requirement I will not agree to this DEMAND!!!!

Too many ads. And they aren’t even ads, it’s a PSA for the food bank. How many times each day do I have to fill the basket. Please go back to less ads, and classier design. Hate the gusty girl in the green shirt!,,,

App doesn’t always give the daily rewards. Puzzles are great but I don’t appreciate seeing better rewards then the app glitching and losing them. Like I said fun games but bad user interface.

There was a glitch in the game. I reached out to customer support and was recommended to uninstall the game and download back. Before I did this, I confirmed that I wouldn't lose my data (I've completed literally every puzzle since 2012). Lo and behold what happens? I lost many, maybe a hundred or more, completed puzzle credits. I messaged them back sharing my experience that they guided me incorrectly, and they responded saying that I hadn't finished the puzzles (lie and their data shows it) but they commend me for my efforts.... as silly as this sounds, this is the only game on my phone and I've spent years playing it and working for these achievements. It's the little things that help us feel happy nowadays and to be told incorrectly or that the game isn't set up correct causing issues, it's a bummer. All in all, if you have an issue or a glitch DO NOT UNINSTALL without take photos of everything you've done in the app to prove later your info.

This game was fun years ago. Now, it’s just meh. It’s pretty glitchy and not sure why. The constant ads always stop any streaming I have going on in the background. There’s no option to pause the game if you have to do something while playing. The only thing you can do instead of pause is exit the app entirely. If you try to accept your friend’s gift before the dreaded popup, there goes your gift. The popup obliterates the gifts. If you click on the link to accept gifts too quickly, the game fails to accept it for you. I thought I was logged in via Facebook. At some point, I was logged out and made friends who consistently send gifts. Now if I try to log in via Facebook to save my progress, all my game friends disappear. In fact, when the game was restructured a few years ago, I lost all my original friends and have been unable to get them back. The word seeker events have such odd words that I had to quit playing or risk going broke of coins. Daily trivia is a useless and time consuming activity I also never play. The rewards aren’t good enough to spend that much time and effort on it. The crossword puzzles themselves are actually pretty good and I enjoy playing them, but the glitches and the extraneous stuff make it difficult.
