    To start webull has the worst customer service ever. I messaged customer service on a Monday morning and they took about 5 hours to respond. I then reached out again for a different question on Wednesday morning. This time another 5 hours passed before I decided to call them instead and to no surprise I waited 40 minutes before I just gave up and hung up. It is now Friday and I still have not received a response after I once again reached out to them asking for assistance. The second problem I have is that they offer much higher prices on options compared to other platforms that my friends have. The third problem is that unlike other exchanges you need a completely different account to trade futures instead of having that on the same account as your shares/ options trading. This separate account requires a 500 dollar deposit otherwise your account gets liquidated. My final problem is that they keep denying my transfer request. I have no positions opened other than my shares on a couple of companies that I do not want to sell of course. They keep claiming g that I have spy contracts open when I don’t and continue to deny my requests. I HATE this app with a passion and cannot wait for them to transfer over my account.

    If you open an account with Webull, you cannot close it. I’ve tried to close my account and TWICE they told me it was closed. Now they verified I requested to close it in 2021 but they created a Webull Pay account with my info and now in 2025 I have to redownload the app and log in to delete my information. This is a scam company that will not respect your data. Now if someone gets into that account they can make trades using my identity!

    Money usually settle down in any brokerage in 2-3 days. But in Webull it takes more than 5 days. You can watch losing investment opportunities while waiting. Can you reach someone to get help? Not really. You send a message, someone might answer maybe next day.

    Do not use Webull. Webull has directly costed me money by not responding to my multiple service inquiries over several days. Their avoidance at addressing my basic service requests are unacceptable. There are so many other online brokerage platforms out there that will treat you way better than Webull has treated me. Best to avoid the headaches in dealing with Webull, in my opinion.

    Webull recently launched the premium feature. It’s cool and I’d love to get it, but they don’t let you subscribe through your Apple account you have to use one of your trading accounts. I just find this more stressful than helpful for managing subscriptions
