I will use it again

I had requested a three day free trial. I was about to try and it didn’t work. So I canceled the subscription and didn’t the app and downloaded it again and try to do three day again. And it just charged me. $77 and I already went through Apple and they said that I lost my money.

Sucker customers into subscribing- NO free trail option. Then charges and auto subscribes- with no way to cancel subscription!!!! Terrible con job of a application! This developer should be banned from App Store!!!! Double charged me twice as well! Stay away!

This app is scamming people and I wish I saw the reviews before installing it. It told me I had to try a “free 3-day trial” to send a fax. The trial never started and so I cancelled the subscription immediately after. I noticed I was charged $72 by Apple and I’m appalled! I have been unable to get my money back after multiple attempts and this is ridiculous and fraudulent on their part. They need to be reported and shut down.

I did the free trail and cancelled before the renewal but I was still charged and Apple is refusing to return my money!!

I tried this app out back in feb 2025 , as a trial for a few days when I needed to send a form to the irs .. I cancelled the app a few days later AND uninstalled it .. low and behold 2 months later I’m charged an entire annual year subscription for $95.95!!!!!!!! I contacted this company as well as apple and BOTH refuse to refund my money !!! I had to re install those app just to email them to request a refund and have been denied !! Who in their right mind besides a business owner would need a year of facing for 100 dollars ?!! I am a single mother !!!! Because I’ve been refused the refund by Apple and the App creators , even though you can clearly see I cancelled months ago ,they have proven to be corrupt and immoral !! DO NOT do their free trial or you WiLL be charged even after cancelling months before hand !!! Let me add this trial was for five days in February 2025 .. they just now charged my on April 25 for a full year after months have passed since the trial and cancellation !!! Super super shady !!!!!!

Very efficient fax application no matter the time of day the fax from IPhone works great.

This app is clickbait to steal your money I canceled this app immediately and was charged 79.99 taken from my Apple Cash balance and was told the AI system doesn’t allow this app to be refunded. If you are using this app report it the Federal Government immediately
