  • Portrait mode!

    I need this app to display in portrait mode while it sits on my music stand! It does not respond when I turn the phone to either landscape or portrait, it’s stuck on landscape. I checked my settings on my iPhone and all my other apps work correctly in this regard. It’s just the latest edition of this app.

  • Fender ruined a great app

    After many attempts trying to reach out to the fender developers to restore the portrait UI for phones and list the app on the App Store for MacBooks, we have received no response and they seem to adamant to stick with this foolish useless landscape design. Since version 4 was released there’s nothing but negative feedback. Please fix the UI and list the app on the App Store for MacBooks so that we can continue running our studios as usual. I have tens of GTX100 amps and this has ruined our workflow. Please fender listen to us.

  • Currently barely usable

    The most recent version of the app is so buggy and the features are so crippled that it’s barely usable. Make the app work in portrait mode, and allow me to reorder presets. I’m honestly on the verge of getting rid of my Mustang Micro Plus because this app makes the amp so difficult to fully use.

  • Broken by new update

    The app worked great before the update. They made it less intuitive and more buggy. If you are trying to adjust a knob on an amp or pedal with the slider, somehow the app registers your taps on buttons underneath the slider bar. If a button is hidden by a menu, I shouldn’t be able to press it. My brand new GTX100 is now less functional for no reason at all.

    Connection drops frequently now. Terrible new app forces landscape and makes it impossible to easily make sound adjustments on the fly. The user submitted sounds are hard to search for and it doesn’t display the results properly. I’ve seen the recent reviews and petitions online for Fender to rollback to the previous version but nothing so far.

  • App Freezes a lot

    Freezes almost every time I try to download a preset. I like the hardware, but the app is not very good. Continuous scroll on presets would be nice.

  • Unusable after recent update

    Recent update completely broke the app UI and locks it sideways so there’s no way to use this app on my phone anymore. Have been waiting for the promised fix for several weeks now and still nothing. You people really need to test your updates before you push them out and break the whole thing.
