    This app used to be so easy to use, but over the last few updates, it now bombards me with pop-ups asking me to upgrade to the paid version. Every. Single. Time. I use it. Having the Apple Watch version is nice. The iOS widget doesn't update.

    I have been using this app for years. I have tried them all and this is top drawer. There is nothing like having the articles and news feeds there every day to help keep you knowledgeable. And even the top guy emailing his dos and don’t and what works for him to keep you going. This app is so cool and connecting with your apple health and sleep data is great. I have lost weight in the beginning about 30 total over the more than 5 years of being here but more than anything I love the consistency of being able to see how I am doing and logging my fasts. I’ve been doing it for so long now it is habit and one I love. Please keep up the awesomeness of this app for everyone!

    Zero is has everything you need to start and maintain your fast. It has helped me regain my metabolic health. It works well with Apple Health (you can give it permission but you can also manually input data) and offer a seemingly endless trove of information about fasting, nutrition and health. You can journal your progress and join communities who are also on their fasting journeys.

    I wish they would bring back the life fasting app. This app does not encourage you or cheer you on that you are now entering in autophagy or fat burning mode. Super disappointed

    Please stop asking me to subscribe every single time I open this app. Very annoying. As a matter or affect, I’m going to find a different app because I cannot afford the subscription.

    loved the app a couple of years ago but they completely ruined it with now forcing you to pay to even enter the timer, which was the only part of the app I was using. I am not paying 70 a year for a timer.
