Stopped working… says no longer receiving HR data from my watch, even though it’s recording fine with the health app.

I downloaded the app, used it and it did not track my sleep. When clicked on Help, it said sign up for the free trial ??? I thought it said one purchase was all. So, it did not work for me.

Turned on AutoSleep a while back and forgot about it. Opened it today to find months of detailed sleep data that I can now use to understand what is working and isn’t. Got this app and their other one, HeartWatch instead of an Oura ring. The one-time fee for each app is the price of an Oura ring subscription for only one month — not to mention hundreds of dollars on the actual ring. If you have an Apple Watch, buy these apps and turn them on. It’s that easy, and you’ll thank yourself later.
  • Not a fan, too complex, not accurate

It’s very hard to get the calibration correct and I don’t understand half of what’s going on. I wish this was a free app you could preview first. I bought it because it was highly recommended but I haven’t found it very helpful at all.
  • Fun and interesting app

Data on sleep correlates well with how I feel in the morning.

This app is excellent and rivals that of Android platform which my partner has. As a health care provider I need to know why some days I feel groggy. This allows me to make adjustments, like poking my snoring partner in the ribs. This app tells me everything I need to know to get through the day.

  • Terribly inaccurate

Don’t let the pretty graphs fool you. This is junk. The app has no idea when I sleep and when I don’t. I had 4 sleep apps tracking my see this week and the 3 generally agreed. This one thought I slept 1.1 hour per night in a week of 8.5 hours a night of solid sleep. If u try manual adjust it goes haywire. Wish I could refund.

Best sleep app I’ve ever tried. Also the same with their exercise recording app great graphics for showing heart rate results during a workout.
