    Especially to a 73 year old guy like me. But I habitually abuse sleep, being a night owl like my Mom was. AutoSleep has helped me change my habit. Every morning I check it, and as you know awareness is the first step to change. Probably added years to my life.

    I have insomnia. My husband has narcolepsy. Our sleep habits are all over the place. We both use AutoSleep and it’s actually quite fun to compare notes the next morning. I can’t stress enough how (good) sleep is important for people with health issues. One tip: Don’t fall asleep with your phone on the bed - it thinks it’s being used & you’re awake!

    I find the app “smarter than I am. I compare it to the native Apple app and try to strike a balance. I have very poor sleep. One downside is that my healthcare providers are totally ignorant of the information that this app provides, seemingly thinking it’s a joke, this is frustrating! Otherwise, it’s wonderful.

    I have been happily using AutoSleep for several years now, but since the last update, the app keeps crashing to homescreen whenever it is launched. Reinstall does not resolve this. What a shame.
