I Monitor the App daily to see how long I slept and sleep quality. I pay close attention to how much I ate or drank or what programs I watch before I go to sleep and see its effect on my sleep quality and how rested I feel the next day. Action type or Stressful movies, or over eating and drinking alcohol really affect my sleep quality.

This worked for a few days then just stopped and for months I could not get it to work again.
Makes no sense and doesn’t get correct data

As an example, I just slept from 2 am to 10 am, and it says I was asleep for 5:45. It doesn’t seem to know what it’s actually doing and while others find all the extra data “helpful” it’s pretty obvious none of it is worthwhile or trustworthy.
