  • Missing Bible Stories, and a controversial Bishop

    I’m both disappointed, and disheartened to see this Bible App gone downhill. I paid for the subscription of 1 year, and hardly got what I paid for. I love the Biblical Stories reenacted to feel like so real, and narrated so well. Surprisingly, we are missing most of Old Testament stories, while seeing the face of the most controversial so-called Bishop TD Jakes. I’m not sure why this company chose to aligned itself with a man like that. Smh!!! I need some answers why I paid for 1 year of service to listen to my favorite part of the app, which is only my Biblical Stories. I don’t care to see the face of TD Jakes. Does he have some shares or monetary interest in the company, why I have to be seeing his sinful looking face? Instead of both reading, and listening to the compelling stories of the Bible?

    How can you have ads come up and disrupt prayer!!! Simon, son of John, do you love me? He said, Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you. Jesus said, Feed my sheep. John 21:17 My house will be called a house of prayer, but you are making it a den of robbers. Matthew 21:12-13 You have been convicted- Jesus, great King- please turn your eyes to this app “pray” may you move in their hearts to see how the leaders of your church are using their influence to make money and that they are not then using those funds for your great commission but rather making themselves rich! I pray that the wicked be removed from this platform and that your voice be given to those with a true and pure heart for you Jesus and your kingdom. May those responsible for this abomination be convicted and reformed in the courts of your mighty Heaven. And may all the money they make be given to those who will nurture the poor. May these false leaders be redeemed. I stand firmly on Acts 1:8 and I am your witness Lord. With the power you have given me to cast out demons - I reject any prayer from these false leaders and future prayers. No weapon formed against this conviction shall prosper. Amen May they repent!

    You cannot use the program without giving your phone number automatically authorizing them to share your personal info with whoever they wish. This site is all about making money, NOT helping people grow in their faith and understanding of scripture.

    I suffer from extreme anxiety - and I have relied on this app heavily for the last few years. I have even started to get my son who is now three to listen to the kids stories. I have listened religiously day in and day out. It is such an incredible platform but I am sad to say I cannot renew due to the price increase.

    This app is just adds. It’s just fake prophets who want to profit off of Christians. If you really wanted to spread Gods word-why would you taint it with foolish advertisements. I had this app for 5 minutes and realized quick that this is just preying on Christians to make money off their beliefs. I’ll stick with my bible app. This app is gone. The app should be called “prey” not “pray”.

    I love this app but I don’t think the charges for full access are fair. I understand everyone needs to make money but when it comes to Jesus I find this app is taking advantage of people. People like me who are trying to turn our lives around, and we can’t afford a big payment just to access this app.
