    I have been unable to get brawl matches and once I reach mythic in Magic Chess I and also unable to get matches. The customer service is practically useless.

  • The app won’t open, and I can’t even report it

    I played this game for a while, hit legend III the last season I played. I have been able to play a few matches, however anytime I close the app, it will not allow me to reopen the app, and just constantly says the app is downloading something, but never finishes, and closing and reopening it doesn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, played a few games, and the exact same thing happened. I just want to play the game and it’s impossible to do if I can’t close the game when I’m done.

    Nice game but useless GM doesn’t do sht. Allowing people to pick 4 roamers during the rank game and letting them play not getting banned. Your reporting staff is useless. Improve it. That silvana sht is pure trash. No wonder people hate this game

    Let’s start about how they nerf everyone that doesn’t need & buff everyone who’s already OP. Then you got the shields that make MM useless in the end game you practically kill yourself every time. This game use to be good but they are slowly making it so much worse. Don’t get me started on the jungles no matter who it is the have a move that you can’t target them until your dead honestly the game is terrible now :( don’t try to be mm(adc) you kill your self with enemies shields or you’ll get 1 shotted buy any jungle have fun.

  • Great game! Matchmaking is bad sometimes

    I just started playing this game two months ago and I'm hooked. The only issue I have is the matchmaking is horrible. There's no place to practice a new hero. They have a classic mode but they include character win rates which causes people to team up and farm their win rates in classic. This creates a scenario where you go to try to learn a new hero and get absolutely destroyed because these people are often grouped up in five man teams and there's no system to segregate you from grouped up teams in classic. The worst part about all this is the developers are well aware that this is happening because people have posted about it constantly online for the past six years. Add to this you can get reported for bad performance in classic. This ultimately leads to whats known as the dark system where people just try new characters in ranked where they can have a fair shot to learn them. Since this is ranked you have mmr, rank stars and your win loss ratio betting on people using characters they don't even play. Overall I can only give the game 3 stars as I can't enjoyable learn more characters without getting my head beat in by 5 man teams farming win rates in classic. Thanks for reading.

    Hello, during Nov 16-17 I recharge $7 Via Apple Pay and from mlbb itself, I was recharged for the premium supply event, because the event was currently error, I did ask Apple for a refund on $6 out of the $7, now in Nov-18 my diamonds was deducted to -834 with the reason that I use unauthorized recharge/refund, i want to report this and hope that I got my diamonds back to normal.
