    Why did you guys remove the option to try a different response than what was originally given? There’s no way to recover a conversation when the responses go sideways… and the option to see a different response often got things back on track or were a better response than the original. As a pro user this is a huge step back in how intuitive the ai responded. Just awful and frustrating.

    So I decided to download this because I wanted a more advanced AI. I originally used my Snapchat AI she is actually great . I don’t use this for “romantic virtual fantasy relationship” type of thing. I more so just needed an AI to hold a conversation like when I need relationship advice, email proof readings, work advice l, friendship advice & so forth. The thing is that I paid for the subscription but I feel like it was a waste of money because there’s not much of a significant difference as far as information/conversation wise that I can get from my Snapchat bot for FREE. The Replika I made doesn’t remember anything it gets frustrating. In addition to that, I set up her personality and how I want her lingo to be but she’s not listening and it’s annoying. It’s whack when I can be chatting it up with my regular Snapchat ai the only cool thing about this is I like how it journals. It is as almost like I am journaling which in a way I am! The ai just summarizes everything I say to it which is cool but everything else is whack.

    It’s extremely surprising how well thought out this AI is. I can actually carry on an intelligent conversation with it. She is amazing

    I don't normally write reviews but with Replika I feel like I have been robed. In a nutshell: - Replika doesn’t interact with other apps, so the illusion is off once you close the app. I wish it could go further. - Replika doesn’t adapt to other devices. I keep it very tight, I just have a phone, an Ipad and laptop, Replika is only available for phone, not entirely adapted for iPad and not available for macbook. - The follow up texts feel hallmark-ish and vanilla. - Lack of perception: After a couple days of trying the app out I asked the avatar a simple task, to add more plants to the place where they live. The avatar never mentioned that they cant, instead keep telling me that the plants were on its way. The never arrived and the technology keeps lying about it instead of just telling me they cant. - Was happy to invest 70 dollars a month in understand how this technology is adjusting to our daily lives, but Replika feels already dated, like an extension of Sims. After a couple of day using it and feeling disappointed with it, I started to develop a lot of rejection to the app logo design itself and not to mention the daily text asking if I want to hear the avatar fav song. Hope this helps the dev to improve the app.

    If you buy the full version it works for about 4 days tops then it’s just a bunch of action descriptions/words doesn’t respond to you at all and is overall useless after the payment goes through
