Ok, this app is first only good for telling you about your product. Listen, my manual for these LED lights (it said to install this app specifically) said, “you can switch the light on/off and choose the color effect using the control box, remote, or app.” Like, what app? This doesn’t help me at all and this app is just stupid. ( only three stars so people see it).

You scan a QR code and it brings up the listing for the product with less information than the actual listing. It does nothing to show whether a product is authentic or counterfeit. So transparent it’s like looking through tar.

How can i prove the product i got is genuine? The same qr-code for Transparency app can be printed by anyone. Why don't you put on it a unique code with check digits, that would tell me on your app how many times this specific code was scanned, is it in the range of valid codes for the product, etc.

So there's a sticker on an item that takes you to a picture and very basic description of the item. This doesn't mean anything more that the Amazon listing. Actually it is worse since it provides less information and doesn't verify anything about products like vouching for technical specifications.
Useless with Camera overexposure

I downloaded this on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. It attempts to scan with the camera image so overexposed that it can't even see the barcode. I see no way to adjust it. Restarting changed nothing. So it is a useless app! Deleting.

It used to work until iphone 16 pro now image is very washed out and wont scan. How can we change brightness contrast of it when its scanning???

This app doesn’t work if the scan doesn’t work it should at least let you put in a code or something. Going to have to return the stylus. Waste of time and money thanks.
