This app could really use a "how to " video tutorial.

Clean app It’s easy but kind of confusing too Videos available if your not sure of an exercise Thought it would have more exercise plans from beginner to advanced Be nice if there was a recommended guideline to follow “like hey here’s how you should use this app”

This app is simply outstanding. Not only do I think it's possibly the best fitness app available in the App Store, a case can be made it's one of the best apps available in the App Store period. First off, I know this'll be a weird thing to say about a fitness app, but the interface in this app is frankly 'beautiful'. The selection of body weight exercises is unparalleled, the organization of them is intuitively brilliant, the illustrations of the muscle groups utilized is crystal clear, the quick illustration of the exercises at the very top was a stroke of genius, and the direct link to the YouTube video of the exercises is seamless. And that's only scratching the surface of what this app can do. The suggested routines, the adaptability of the routines, etc is almost a joy to experiment with. Honestly, I can't recommend this app highly enough. The ONLY suggestion I have would be to have the option to slow down / speed up the integrated YouTube videos. That would be handy as heck!
