This app used to be great a few years ago but now only wants your money. Delete this app and use snapseed instead which is totally free.

I’ve had a hard time getting good ratings on photofeeler.com using the existing photos I’ve been taking. Face tune helped me get ratings of 8+. This is a significant improvement highly recommend the app.

Hate how this app has changed, only one tool is free to use and everything else is a subscription but you can’t even save the photo without being asked to pay first. Greedy people squeezing every last dollar from everyday hard working people.

Cancelled my subscription but they still charged me :(

You can hardly use any features at all on this app without paying them money. I’m talking barely any features. And if you want a free trial, you can’t just pay monthly, you have to give them $78 for a yearly subscription after the week is up. Thanks guys.

Noticed on my bank app I was charged $20 for a monthly fee, cancelled the app through my settings 2 months ago, apparently there’s a feature where you have to cancel from the website as well, and they won’t refund you even if you haven’t used it in months. If your product was decent you wouldn’t have to participate in shady practices like this. Never again.

Should be able to sample one photo before purchase

I’m writing to formally dispute your refusal to refund a charge that occurred immediately after signing up for what was advertised as a free trial of Facetune. I was charged for a full year without clear consent or advance notice, which is a deceptive and potentially illegal business practice. I reached out to your support team previously and received no meaningful assistance until now — years later. Your response did not address the lack of transparency in your billing process nor offer a way to escalate this issue. I have since reported your app to Apple and have submitted complaints to both the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. I am also preparing to share my experience in a public review to help warn others. Unless this is resolved promptly with a full refund, I will continue to escalate the issue through every available consumer protection channel. You can reply to this message with confirmation of my refund. I expect a response within 7 days. This app has been robbing users including me. I used the free trial for A DAY and they went ahead with an unauthorized charge for the annual subscription. They conveniently have no way to cancel a subscription, this is a scam. Send me my money back.

You can’t do anything with this app unless you buy it as a subscription every month what’s the point can’t even save the phone you took.

It was great when I had VIP purchased, but now they took away almost all the free features and there’s nothing good.
