  • Overpriced, glitchy, and shows commercials

    This service is too expensive to be this glitchy and have commercials. Gone are the days of seeing DCI on YouTube and in theaters. We are saddled with this overpriced and subpar service. We should be able to access all dci content on demand for the price we are paying. Shame on y’all for such subpar service.

    Streaming hangs up often. Sometimes it it restart after buffering but mostly I have to close completely close out and restart the app. Very frustrating when watching Lucas Oil racing. Commercials rarely hang up or have issues. Honestly not worth the cost at this point. I have had my internet provider come and do a service check and it is not a connection issue as I have fiber service. It is simply the app. I wish it were better.

    Very glitchy. Lots of the live games are about 1 minute delayed because you are forced to watch their commercials, so if you’re following along with BBC or friends, you will know who scores before you see it. Awful service.

    A necessary evil with the demise of GCN+ List of defined races available as North America should make the distinction availability in the USA & Canada on the website before purchase. This distinction ruins the experience for those who subscribe and only discover that most of the cycling coverage they expected is not viewable in the USA Inconsistent behavior between various IOS (Apple) versions of the app: Cannot pause playback on Apple TV with the recent release, but you can on iPad and IPhone. Cannot use Apple TV voice commands. Cannot reliably remove items from “continue watching”, even when watching through to the end multiple times. Ads are low resolution and annoying. Should have significantly less or no ads for this price.

    Advertisements will shut the down the stream and for the love of all that is holy put the app on LG tvs. Casting can’t be the way to do things.

    Waste of money for anyone in the US who is a cycling fan looking for good content. This is the a purchase I regret - do not buy for cycling content - no refunds.

    Overpriced garbage riddled with technical difficulties. Reminds me of the home brew public access cable channels of the 1980’s. Wayne and Garth put on a better production from their basement than what these flo yahoos are able to cobble together on a good day. Interestingly enough, they have zero technical difficulties packing these productions to the hilt with commercials. Unfortunately the saddest difference between flo and public access is that in order to have the privilege of watching this train wreck unfold every evening, you need to pay through the wazoo.

  • Keeps booting me from live streams

    The app keeps bumping my stream, telling me it’s streaming in multiple locations. It’s not. I’m the only one with my password. I’m missing a lot of content trying to get back into the streams - and, despite paying $30/month, I’m having ads interrupting my stream.

    I have to spend my life watching racing in my tiny phone screen since trying to use air play or casting just shows an infinity spinning load screen.
