    Only bought for AHLtv Which moved to this service. Stupidest decision ever. The price has doubled but the quality hasn’t. Missed an entire period and a half of my favorite team because the stream just never started. Asked for my account to be cancelled and refunded and they told me because I have watched at least one (1) game on my account it was not possible. Total scam by the AHL and this trash streamer

    Terrible service, always “technical difficulties”. Prefer to watch on liverbarn 100%. Not sure how they keep dominating the markets, the worst possible product for what they portend to do.

    In my opinion, from my personal experience, this is an absolute waste of money with no legitimate customer support available. I purchased a full season to watch the AHL Bpt Islanders and gladly paid $159 in September for the convenience to watch home and away games when I am not able to attend as a season ticket holder. Sadly, it is one error after another from multiple venues. After submitting a service ticket with back and forth replies, FloSports just dodged, deflected, and denied any accountability or ability to improve their service and declared almost immediately no refunds or credits: great business model. Just about a week ago I received an email to a survey as to why I set my account to not renew for next season. The absurdity shows just how out of touch the company is. If, and this is a very big if, this app delivered the access to the vast sports coverage it purports to then it would be great. But, it does not. Save your money!

    I subscribed to Flo to watch University of Alaska Fairbanks hockey. The picture they provide is vomit worthy…very fuzzy, and the camera operators are bush league. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS APP

    0/5 if I could. Why every time my favorite team is playing I have to search for it? Why aren’t favorites on the dashboard if they have a live game? I wish the USHL would give the contract back to Hockey TV.

  • Lighting is terrible

    I’m currently watching a live game and the lighting is terrible. I’m comparing to the ACC and Big 10 apps covering the same sport. It’s not a comparison. When the play zooms out the the lighting is terrible and it’s blurry. You can’t really see the game well. When they are zoomed in, the lighting is better, picture is clearer and crisper. But they can’t stay zoomed in because we have to see the whole field. So wish I could get my money back.

    Very disappointed with the fact that I can’t watch AHLTV from work if my wife is watching it from home. Before FloSports took over it wasn’t a problem.

    Just listen online or the radio. They should pay me every time I try to watch a game and I cannot. If it actually works it looks like someone put Vaseline all over my screen

    FloSports is the worst app available. If my kid wasn’t playing I would cancel this garbage app. And don’t try to call on the weekends because no one is around and no one cares.

  • Useless for big rugby matches - stutters too much

    I’ve got 90Mbps download trying to watch All Blacks v England and all I get is stuttering and pause throughout. Happens most times for big matches. Very disappointing.
