  • Downloaded to record sleep, but behind a pay wall

Recorded my data and wouldn’t let me access. Immediately deleting. If it told me it was a premium feature I would not have given the app access to that information.
  • Continue to have issues since upgrade to Apple Watch 10

I am a longtime user of Sleep Tracker and have a subscription. I never liked the fact that when I would check off numerous boxes for what occurred the previous day did not result in any tracking of what has helped. The only data that seemed to be tracked outside of my sleep has been my activity and calories burned. Since I have upgraded to an Apple Watch 10 I have numerous issues and I never heard back from the developers to my email. The Sleep Tracker consistently has reported my sleep time hours before I have fell asleep. I would be watching TV or on my Mac or texting and Sleep Tracker reports that I was asleep. This happens daily. Also deep sleep is no longer measured at all. I am finding that the Apple Health sleep tracker is more informative since I have my new watch.

I used to absolutely love this app. Used it nightly. Now there’s just to many ads. I can’t afford premium and the ads make it impossible to just look at my info like I used to. Sad to delete it.

I have seen that the SleepWatch app is good and accurate with my friends but for some reason it doesn’t seem to work for me. I couldn’t sync it with my health data meaning it wouldn’t track the sleep. It also wouldn’t download into my Apple Watch.

Been using the app for 4 years. This week, they deleted the measurements for Sleeping Heart Rate Dip without saying a word. Have reached out to support in the past and was treated very rudely, so I have little confidence that help is available.

When I clicked to sign up for the free trial, it took 14.99 out of my bank account! That’s almost half of the yearly membership on the first minute of use! I’m disputing this with Apple and my bank. That’s insane and a trick. Pure deception all I wanted was the free trial

They have added too many ads and hard to use. Giving it up. Now they added a long commercial before you get to the app

I have been using my Apple Watch to track my sleep for over two years now. I love the data that I get back until recently. I have had a fixed time that I must be awake by so I never used Apple’s smart alarm on the watch when it was available When I switched jobs that allowed me to have a more fluid wake up time I went looking in the Health app to enable the smart alarm to wake me up when I was at my lightest sleep only need to be disappointed that it was no longer there. I started doing research on application applications that had the smart alarm. I decided to try out SleepWatch only to be extremely disappointed. I gave it the full seven day free trial, but will not be renewing my subscription or using the app again. The watch has a very dim light on all night long that is extremely distracting. Why can’t the Apple Watch just go black with this app or even to the new red light that is not distracting! Will be testing out other apps to see if they are any better or will just be switching back to Apple’s and submitting feedback to bring back the smart alarm.
