    AT&T TV NOW is overall a great service, nice tv channels and lots of on-demand shows and movies. But the app has been crashing at least five times a day since it migrated to AT&T TV NOW, DirecTV Now was less buggy than this. It’s also been losing connection so many times. Also the new Advertisements is just so bad, we already have advertisements on the air, you don’t need more on top, another one that gets annoying (not a bug) is the new “aRe YoU sTiLl tHeRe?” Like yes I am! But I’m deciding on cancelling my subscription because of the annoying bugs. The app crashing and losing connection has been annoying ever since the new migration, which has been awhile.

    This app is awful. It won’t even load it just goes in the loading circle and then kicks you out.

    Why does the app have a buffering problem? With the amount of money I pay it doesn’t make sense. Also there is no support that I can see and with all these reviews you never see a response from AT&T. Makes me wonder why?

    It feels like every other time I sit down to watch TV, I have to re-login to this app on AppleTV. Very annoying.

    I have had this service for maybe a year now. It constantly doesn’t allow me to get online despite the fact that no one in my house is using the service. The message says that you are unauthorized. I emailed AT&T about this problem and I was told I would have an answer within 48 hours but no reply. Also, they only allow you to access from 10 devices. Sounds like a lot but when you have 5 people in your family with two tvs, five cell phones and laptops and ipads you run out quickly. The problem we ran into is three of us got new cell phones and forgot to deauthorize our old cell phones. Now we can’t get our new phones online so we really only have 7 devices. I also tried to get this issue fixed with AT&T with no success. If you can stream with three devices, why does it matter how many have access? I will be switching to Youtube or another service. I am researching them now.

    When it was Direct tv now it was working perfectly, but when it became att att now it all went to crap. It’s always buffering and I always get an error message after a few minutes. Waste of money and time. Customer service is crap as well, no help at all

    AT&T bought Warner Bros. If this is a preview of HBO Max, it’s over. I have internet speeds of 200 MBs/sec. Every app in AppleTV works perfectly. Except this one. 20 seconds and latency sets in and the picture becomes slowed down and the audio and video become separated. If you’re going to offer an incentive to subscribe to AT&T then make it work. This is awful.
