  • Hoping for dev response

UPDATE: After review of developer response, if I have to make adjustments to my phone to get this to work, this seems like not a good design. I’ve tried the developer suggestions and the annoying refresh issues still persist. I’ve canceled my subscription and regret my purchase. Seems to work however it’s annoying that the list cannot be updated without the refresh error and asking to uninstall/install app to fix it. This is an unreasonable remedy. Please don’t let users regret the purchase.

This is a pretty effective blocker, and I’m grateful to be freed from spamming political texts. But it fails almost daily to update in the background, tells me to open and update, then I get an authorization lost splash screen. Get rid of that and I can get it updated. So this basic instability loses it a couple stars in my rating. And yes, I’ve deleted and reinstalled and turned phone on and off. Problem persists.

I am on a trial with the software and so far it has not been terribly impressive. It stops about one in five or six calls. I will be looking for an alternative.
  • Utterly Useless

I subscribed to this app many years ago and found it invaluable. I recently reactivated and found absolutely zero difference between the before and after in the number of spam calls I’m getting from my own area code. Complete waste of money. They wouldn’t need a Max app if the original app worked as promised.

Please don't advertise $1.99 mo in the app description and find inside the app it's double that.

I tried it for a week and was averaging 4 Spam calls a day. It stopped 2 or 3 calls initially then never worked again
  • Renewed it

After going through the process of buying a house, my robo calls went up to 12-15 PER DAY I renewed the dormant Nomorobo subscription and immediately the calls stopped. I may get 1-2 a week now. Definitely worth the 5$ a month for the quiet. Would recommend

I got so tired of getting robocalls. “Portfolio Recovery” keeps calling from different numbers. I paid for this… and got another call from them. I wish they had a way that I could give them that name to block since they always use a different number. Nothing has worked, so far. Not even this.

I woke up this morning and there were 50 junk emails in my message list. I thought this program was supposed to take care of stuff like that. I then needed to delete every one of them one at a time if it happens again tomorrow I will cancel my subscription
