DAZN: Live Boxing, MMA & MLB

I was charged twice at sign up because I created an account in the app but it would t work so I had to do it on the DAZN website. Somehow apple managed to get my account charged but not actually create an account. I spoke to both Apple and DAZN about the charges and all they did was point fingers at the other company. After all of that I canceled my membership and was charged again at the beginning of this month for my cancelled membership. Not exactly expecting my money back but I would like to know why cancelling doesn’t cancel payments

So far my expierence with you has been horrible, first the hour wait on canelo fight, then this past ruiz vs Joshua fight. The signal was going in and out through out the fight. We deserve at least a discount on our subscription

Even after canceling my subscription the app took 107 dollars out 2 months after my subscription was cancelled.

Streaming and sound quality are horrible, purchased for the fight this past weekend instead spend the entire time with customer complaining about quality of stream. Never have had an issue streaming anything in the past.

I wanted to watch the Triple G fight in October . Was a little worried I would have to pay the annual fee off top. Saw I could pay only 20$ for a the monthly subscription and STILL see the fight, no extra fee for PPV . Instantly I knew that it was worth it. That meant with only paying 20$ I was going to be able to see a Triple G fight and a Canelo fight because the were less than 30 days apart. For boxing fans like myself who shell out 70-100$ for ppv how could we not be happy. I was worried about all the horror stories I heard of buffering but with the right internet connection you shouldn’t have any issues because I have yet to have one problem. The stable of fighters from promotions Match Room boxing to Golden boy are getting better and better . Wish we could watch on one more device but other than that I have no complaints . I wish Top Rank and ESPN would do something similar or PBC would as well. Or even do business with DAZN fighters would make boxing so much more exciting . DAZN is a breath of fresh air for the sport of boxing. This app is great with all the on demand content and how u can instantly watch a big fight over and over again. Wish This app nothing but continued success . I’m definitely a happy fight fan .

Horrible ! I want a refund. They charged me 20 plus 10 for 2 different subscriptions. I got it for RUIZ fight. It charged me twice and I didn’t even get to watch the event. It kept saying to resubscribe and error occurred. And apparently there is no phone number for customer service. I literally only subscribed for that event and couldn’t even watch it now I’m stuck with it for a month. DO NOT GET. I’m highly upset !
