I paid 100$ for the pro version and only get the free features. They have ignored my messages. I have reported them to apple as they are thrives. Do not use this company!!!!

Today I really needed this app to work and it let me down. My script was scrolling at 160 words per minute. The script speed adjustment buttons were not working, so I stopped, went into settings, and tried to adjust it there. Now it’s moving far too slow and I can’t speed it up. Really hoping the devs fix this. All the marketing, group calls with your customers, and authentic brand doesn’t mean anything if the app itself doesn’t work properly. Can’t imagine if I actually paid for the app…

Downloaded the app with high expectations and nothing….just a blank title screen that says BIGVU

The app looks beautiful, but the three plans are unbelievably expensive. I pay for pro level equipment and software so I’m not cheap. But these plans are unrealistically expensive for what they offer. Also be aware that the term ”AI”is plastered everywhere in software, apps, and services, and it is a feature option in one of the plans for this app. Don’t be fooled by it. Most AI is not very intelligent at all, and you will have to rewrite most of what it outputs. after using AI in my workflows from various providers over a few years, I have found AI to be so effectively useless, and cause for additional work to re-edit, that I never even use it anymore. It just creates more work than it covers. So the AI features in this app were not only unappealing to me, but I very seriously doubt they would ever be useful anyway. Just be aware of that. On a positive note, what little I saw within the app looks like the app is well constructed, and that there was thought put into the interface and user experience. I just thought the plans were unrealistically expensive and I’m not sure who those plans are formulated for. there are less expensive and more featured options out there that don’t require a smart phone, and most creators are using those. So if this isn’t marketed to actual creators, then who do they think would be willing to pay those prices?

I purchased this product asking for monthly payment but instead it took out the whole amount for the year I canceled and it still took my money and they will not return and I can’t use it even though I’m payed until 2026

It worked for about the first month I had it. After that, I was told that they had technical teams working to fix the glitches that continued to happen with the effects.

Great product

The Teleprompter works, but if you try to use any of the other features like subtitles or the AI editing, it gives me errors every time. Not worth the money.

I recently subscribed to the annual AI pro version. I am now regretting that I subscribed to this app at all. Every project takes forever to be completed. For instance, all I asked it to do was to blur the background in my 35-second video. It’s been 15 minutes and it’s only 87% complete and I am still waiting. I would not recommend this app. Also, my videos have been coming out blank/blank lately. I have reached out to support but they have not figured out the problem yet.

Why isn’t this app working again? I get charged way too money to not have this app working when I need it to.
