Most Apps you want to just work. This one may for while, then not, then decide to change how it works. I never saw an App with a mind of its own before.

Dealing with you is one of the most experience I have had.
I ordered a new digital subscription today. Your employee was very helpful and took my order and credit card.
However I could not get the digital paper. I called back to get help and got a message to call during regular business hours.
You were happy enough to take my money but not willing to help me get the service I paid for.

The new app for the electronic version of the Naples Daily News is much easier to use than the old one. I would prefer to see more local coverage and a little less national coverage only because I get the national coverage in other newspaper apps and by the time I read it in the Naples Daily News it’s a day or two old.
