    Almost every mm of the home base screen is filled with purchase packages. So highly annoying. And there are just no ways to ascend characters without spending $ on obscure items.

    The developers have skewed the game so far into the favor of defense that winning any evenly matched pvp fight is a miracle. The game is a drag, I’m swamped by in game ads every time I do something, and they can’t seem to be bothered to introduce literally anything that is slightly different than tile matching. I’ve been very dissatisfied with it.

    Used to be fun and it did not matter if you spent money. Now it is more and more pay to play. Unless you spend big, there’s no way to be competitive.

    These developers hate you. Their office is a betting pool to see who can come up with the most broken new character to punish people who don’t pay for their 86 different in-game tokens.

    This game has gone down hill. It used to be a lot more fun. The strength of some of the enemies is so unbalanced that you can not win unless you spend a bunch of money on extras. I had a strong character and was sent a message that the strength was being diminished because it was to strong yet other characters and enemies are stronger. Also the ads and attempts to sell you stuff has gotten really bad. You can’t even clearly see your base anymore there are so many buttons trying to sell you items. Also the amount of popups trying to sell you stuff is insane. When you delete the ad once that should be it. Not appear several more times. Not a fan anymore.

    You are threatening with suspending my account because you never provided the gems I paid for and now my account is negative. How can you take something you never provided even thought it was paid for? . Go ahead after all the money I have spend , but this will give me the opportunity to sue you for stealing the money . I paid for the gems and you never released them and now you are taking back the same quantity that you never provided. Best of all I have the receipt to make a case. . Thank you.

    This game dev has spent an absolute fortune on fake five star reviews I would say about 90% of the reviews are fake and the only way to sort through them is to sort by the newest reviews first that will be all of the real ones once you do that you can plainly see how bad this game really is. I’ve been playing the game for almost 5 years now. The past 2 to 3 years though the game has gotten insanely greedy. It used to be not paid to win but over the years it’s transformed into 100% paid to win you literally have to spend thousands of dollars now to get a good team, you can get a good team without paying money, but it literally takes two years at minimum playing every single day. If that wasn’t enough, the PVP aspect of the game is by far the worst of any of the match five genre it’s crazy to think that a group of people actually thought it was good enough to publish.

    this updated review will reflect gameplay. so far -2 stars from when the last time my review was deleted by zynga. if the owners knew how stupid the developers are, there would be less developers lol, they are costing the company money and enraging potential customers update: -3 stars for continued garbage gameplay. boards continue to not be statistically neutral. summons rate for garbage heroes is high, but very low for good heroes. update: -4 stars for announcing an "increase" in rewards for path of valor and path of giants while simultaneously stripping the rewards of anything useful and desired. a perfect reason to stop buying either package! update: -5stars - there is zero reason to play in the tournaments for the vast majority of players, the boards and teams you play against leave little room for advancements or rewards. update: -6stars on general principal for how lousy boards and summons continue to be. if you haven't invested years of your life in this game as i have, DON'T start now!!!

    The game developers have done an outstanding job! I am not aware of many other games where the developers have been able to truly maximize the players “Success to Spend Ratio”. I'm hoping the economy turns around soon and I am able to spend the appropriate amount of real money for the game to be enjoyable again.
