    Nobody has time to sit and watch the screen spin or click on an option to be met with empty space after empty space. Delete the app until you get it working and bring it back out to us.

  • Won’t Show Connected Devices

    My only use for the app is to manage my T-Mobile 5G Home Internet router. It fails at that, telling me I have zero devices connected to it, when in fact there are many. T-Mobile suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Tried that and it still shows zero devices connected.

    I have been subtracted to Scam Shield for years, and it worked (most of the time). I can’t even find it anywhere on your new T-Life app… Your company has screwed with your apps so badly that many features don’t even work anymore. One minute features are useless, and the next I can’t even log into it. It changes with every updated. Stop. People actually need the features that you had available on each app prior to your giant app merger. It’s so infuriating!

    They’ve moved Scam Shield into the T Life. That’s the only one of their apps I use and now every time I get a spam call I have to dig around through T Life ads to locate Scam Shield

    Why isn’t there push notifications? Literally I got home one day and realized at some point my device was offline then at some point went back online ?? That’s important as I have cameras hooked up to my internet and I need to know when my connection has dropped and came back online ! The only way I knew was by opening up the app manually… Push notifications and Alerts would be super helpful .

    I have been with T-mobile for 6 years going to 7, and i can say for the first time they really messed up, this app has been the bane, and the reason im actually thinking on switching service, the face recognition is intrusive, the payment options has gotten so bad it opens many different pages making you confuse and do different payments even accidentally overpaying, the service, in the last couple months ive seen the app crash and change re-release “fixing or not” i feels clumpsy and the service still mid. Never had a problem, the times i did they always fixed it perfectly, this time it just feels on purpose.

    Subject: Request to Honor Price Lock for Magenta Max Customers Dear T-Mobile Customer Support, I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer and switched from the Go5G Plus plan to the Magenta Max plan because I preferred it and found the Go5G Plus plan too expensive. I made this switch well before the upcoming price increase becomes effective, under the expectation that my rate would remain stable due to your Price Lock guarantee. However, I’ve recently learned that my monthly rate will increase by $5 per line, even though I’m an existing customer who made the switch before the price change is set to take effect. I strongly believe that existing customers should not be impacted by this price increase before the official date of the change, especially when they made their decisions based on the promise of a locked rate. The Price Lock guarantee should ensure that the rate I agreed to when I switched to Magenta Max remains the same, and any price changes should only affect new customers who sign up after the change takes effect. I am requesting that my original pricing for Magenta Max be honored as part of the Price Lock commitment. If T-Mobile intends to raise prices for new customers, that’s understandable, but it should not apply to existing customers who made their decision before the change was announced. Please let me know if you can honor the original price or offer an alternative solution that keeps my bill the same.

    When I first joined T-mobile, I was excited. I thought I was getting good service & perks for an amazing deal. Unfortunately, after upgrading the phones on my plan (one is free & the other is low cost), which trapped us in a 2 year commitment, my bill shot up $40 and has increased ever since. I gave up the WiFi because I had to have better internet for various reasons. But after canceling it, my bill shot back up. I understood a little increase because of the new phones but nothing changed otherwise. I dread looking up my bill every month, wondering what the increase is going to be. Now it’s almost $210 and there’s no justification for the increase. I left Verizon and now I wish I stayed, because at least I was getting Apple Music, TV, Arcade, Hulu, Netflix, discovery and for the same price. 2 stars because customer service is better than Verizon.
