  • The WORST Internet Provider

    I’m unfamiliar with T-Mobile as a phone provider. But I have it as my internet provider right now and I can say hands down it has been the WORST internet I’ve ever had. The internet is almost constantly slow and often times just unusable. Atleast 3 days out of the week the wifi is too slow to do anything and I have to use data to do anything. Do NOT use!

    The app worked fine for a week and then stopped opening. Using in a iPhone 16. I downloaded the app again and it worked for a little while and the began stopped operating saying “Authentication.”
  • FIX THE INTERNET FEATURE

    I was forced to download this app — when I only really needed the T-Mobile internet app, and it worked great. All the sudden I get on here and try to turn off a device from accessing my internet & it won’t disable it or block it. I never had an issue with the old app.

    I have never had a problem with T-Mobile. I have been with them for I would not change my phone company whatsoever when I call or something wrong they fix Thank you T-Mobile. I’m glad I’m with you.😎😊😎😎😎

    This app is broken most of the time. Can't pay bills or make changes to account. Not to mention you get passed around by customer support when there's an issue they can't fix and there's no accountability at all. Anything that is said in the chat can be dismissed later. If you refer to what a rep said before, the new rep will just say "oh ok well it's not supposed to be like that, sorry we can't help you. Here's the fee because WE made a mistake". I can't wait to leave this service.

    Every time I try to get something free from T-Mobile they always run out of it. Cause this is unfair to T-Mobile customers. We have been part of it since the get go. I’m disappointed this is my second time I tried to get the towel and they ran out. And they don’t always have stuff in my location. We can’t see what coming the next Tuesday anymore. I don’t know why come they changed it.

    I offload this app every time I'm finished with it because of this... "Data Linked to You The following data may be collected and linked to your identity: 1 Location Contact Info • Contacts" And more. This app does Not need my location. Why does T-Mobile need my Contacts ???

    I have been a customer of T-Mobile for many years now I have no complaints. I love the service. I love the customer service and I am grateful to be trusted when I am unable to pay my bill that they know I will pay the bill and they keep my service on that is T-Mobile working for a client. This is my favorite company to do business with.
