    This is an awesome app. Lots of really great work. There’s nothing with rings (hopefully will be added someday), but there’s a nice feature where you can add your own movements.

    I’ve been using this app for years and love it! It is still updated regularly and the creator often incorporates user feedback to make it better. If your a fan of convict conditioning or progressive calisthenics this is a must have app.

    The new logo and the drawings of the application are ridiculous / horrible. The old design looked professional the new one looks super cheap.

    Just got the app and it is fantastic! Only issue I see is I’m using another app right now to focus on my abs because this doesn’t provide that much variety.

    This app is great for progressive calisthenics, it keeps track and will add reps/sets, to workouts so you don’t have to think about anything. Choose a routine, and follow it, consistency is key. +1 star I had a problem with the app and support was very quick to respond and assist with the issue.
