International dialing requires format of +XX in front, I have the + sign saved in contact. But Digits doesn’t recognize it. Have to dial manually each time

Phone calls randomly hang-up, hardly have service, can’t hear most calls coming in, when calling someone they will answer and then it just hangs up. Can’t receive verification text. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. This is hurting small businesses who use this app.

I have been using this app for a few years and for the most part it’s ok- ahem… when it’s not, my business shuts down. Literally can’t take orders. I wish this could work but I guess I’m gonna have to activate a phone line if I can port my digits line into a cellular line.

I used this app for a long time and one day I had to reenter my pw. Then it froze and ever since cannot be used. Thats all T/M needs to do is fix the log in. What’s up?!
  • Cannot paste passwords

Everyone knows about T-Mobiles weak IT security practices, and how us consumers need to protect our T-Mobile accounts with extremely strong passwords. But their stupid design of this app prevents password managers from filling in the password. And any attempt to copy and paste the password in cause this app to hang. T-Mobile’s massive data leak likely stems from inadequate design/security/testing that shows in this app that is totally broken.

Awful functionality. Continually logs you out daily and you have to reactivate your line. Just a nightmare of an app.
  • Supports older systems

I am still on Catalina (my computer does not support system upgrades anymore) and I am grateful for this app. I also have it on my Android spare phone and it works there too. Both places, you need to have the app launched. Also at least on Catalina I can choose which app to use to handle calls, Facetime or Digits. I don't like Facetime because I hate that the camera is on by default. Thanks for the updated version, so I know the app is still being supported and improved. All other reviews (as of Feb 12 2025) are for an earlier version.

This app just doesn’t work. Constantly disconnects, and did you need to press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish? Well ya can’t, because it doesn’t send the proper tones when you press the button. Save your time and effort, the app is horrible.
