    Horrible changes in game, from limited remote raids, in person only raids, crappy avatar changes that make female characters look like men, extremely poor customer service. This game is the absolute worst.

    Every time I fight a team go rocket grunt. I end up losing because every time I try to use a charged move. It won’t let me it’s so hard and every time I lose my group leader says try again. Stay focused. I get so mad at this, I don’t wanna go close to breaking a phone because of this, please delete the team leader say cause it just makes me mad but overall it’s good

    Absolutely horrible avatar update!! Originally the update was done in waves so it was well known how bad the response was to the avatars and still was pushed several weeks after. Of course no word from niantic about rollbacks or fixes!

    The games good though i have to say you may the team rocket leader battles way too difficult due to some of their pokemon having moves that can take out your pokemon in a few seconds and i was hoping you could do something to tone down their difficulty a bit.

    Recent update caused clothing items and poses to no longer function properly. Many of these items were purchased with real money and are now unusable except in comedic fashion. Additionally, making a feminine presenting avatar is next to impossible. I’m all for inclusivity, but the execution has been terrible and only served to exclude me and so many others. I’m quitting until Niantic makes some sort of effort resolve the issues they’ve created and starts listening to their fan base.

    The new avatar update did give us all more hairstyles finally but changed the facial features to be more baby like; and the body features very ugly. Now poses and clothes aren’t like the were before at all! Try to get a refund on a pose that doesn't look the same, or clothes that don’t fit the same. And Niantic customer service gives you copy and paste answers with no solution! They just disregard the problem and have you run around in circles, until you give up. I’ve been playing since 2020 and it seems like every change they make is not customer friendly, but investor friendly instead. Very disappointing experience

    Unless you are one of the <10% of Americans who live in a densely populated area and want to participate in a legendary raid, you’ve had to rely on external apps to invite people via remote raids. Well the cost is doubled on April 6, 2023 and I uninstalled. I’m uninstalling the game until it’s reverted.
