The app, and the service it is connected to, more or less works, except when it doesn’t. The initial setup was a nightmare and the early roll out was frought with problems and frequent glitches. Lately it works fine most of the time, but we still get mysterious gaps in service, especially with voice mail. The web portal is very clumsy and unintuitive. The savings over my previous service are not nearly what was promised. Overall, I am not very happy and if I had to do it over, I would not choose this service again.

This app, and being forced to use it, is the worst possible decision AT&T could make. Makes managing VM more difficult and provides zero benefit. The fact that paying users are forced onto this plan, makes it all the worse. Will be looking to move our company phones from AT&T at earliest opportunity.

ATT, please get rid of this piece of crap app and requiring business users to use it. It is jeopardizing my business and customer relations, of which it is questionable that you care much about by forcing business partners to use it. Why try to fix what isn’t broken
  • Antidote to Collaborate App

This app will increase spam and robo-callers. Number spoofers can easily trick AT&T collaborate app and start leaving you 10s of vms everyday. I finally found a workaround to get my vm without this stupid app. I use YouMail- a free app that blocks spammers and also gives me free vm. There are mainly other such apps and each one is better than att’s collaborate. ————— See those 5* reviews? Friend tells me that ATT is “encouraging” employees to rate this app. Sometimes the manager stands there and watches over as you give it a high rating. It is shameful but this is what it has come to.

This app truly is awful. I can never get my messages. Upon multiple tries at signing it sends you a pin and the pin evokes an error message. Super frustrating and it happens most of the time!!! Would never do this again!!!!

This is the worst! Whievet thought it was a good idea to remove voicemail service from your smart phone interface and only have it accessible through a separate app you need to log into needs to be fired. This is ridiculous! I wish all of the hiccups associated with switching to an unlimited business plan were explained to me. NOT WORTH IT! AT&T customer for almost 20 years who is now furious.

How do you have a app for business owners but we can’t even check the voicemails because it’s always a issue trying to retrieve the messages. Fix this app or how about letting us use our actual voicemail that comes install on the phone. Come on Man!!! That’s for AT&T
