I can’t complete a duplicate scan because I keep running out of memory on my brand new Mac mini M4. It’s using up 50GB+ of Memory and crashing my system.

When Free is not Free. Privacy issues bothered me: “access to music and video activity”… activity? That sounds more than just scan your music/movie library. Anyway, I deleted without using so I have no idea how good it is.

You can’t do basic functions unless you shell out to their sub model, there are better free apps out there that don’t use predatory practices like this app.

I’m having a bit of a tough time with my Mac mini 4 Pro. This software is really hogging the memory, and it’s crashing within a few minutes. I’m hoping the developers can fix this soon as it is unusable for me at this time.

I purchased Gemini 2 when it was a one time payment software. I redownloaded the software from the app store and I'm prompted to enter into a trial. I contacted support at least 3 times and they didn't respond. Duplicate File Finder for the win!

There is no Reveal in Finder, Open does not work, QuickLook does not work. The results are meaningless if I can’t review them.

Be careful. There is supposed to be a 3 day free trial. But, your account is charged the subscription price immediately. And, there is apparently no documented way to cancel the free trial. So, in reality, no free trial - you bought it.

Never finishes a scan and no details to follow progress (using all new hardware).

I'd recomend this app for anybody using a MacOS and start by a free trail, works fast and efficiently!

This app did not work for my needs and I cannot cancel the free evaluation it before the payment is due. Terrible customer service.
