    Best use of my time
  • I have questions

I love how I get new words but lately every word has been about depression and sadness. Gaining knowledge shouldn’t be attached to depression and hopelessness. Instead this app should encourage joy about learning. Every word today was connected to depression, doubt, hopelessness.

  • Wow

I love how they set your app up then at the end throw the “free trial then 29.99 for a year”. Like miss girl I’m learning words not how to spell-
  • Misleading. Inaccurate

    By V.EKR
Wow, for an almost 5 star app, it contains many misleading, inaccurate definitions and sentences; they look like they were written by a high school graduate. I’d rather learn from a reputable dictionary than to ridicule myself by misusing a word.
  • Doesn’t function

    By ALeosLady
So…. The widget doesn’t work. It keeps telling me to “install the latest version of the widget”. It is not free. Most recently it’s just started popping up with a “debug mode” - and asking for a password or something? No thanks….

The App, remind you that you can use more precise words for what you wish to express. I found a few words that I use, but hadn’t ever heard the definition of: it’s informative.
  • Deceptive

Nothing I hate more than apps that are deceptive about their pricing. The app is free to download but after answering a dozen or so set up questions it requires you to pay $30 a year to use ‘premium’. If you’re going to charge $30 a year for this then be upfront about it and don’t try to trick people.
