    For 3 years, I have called in and asked to stop billing me for their services I have never used. This year, they charged me over double…and they are not responding. Beware of this company.

    I have not used this app in over a year+ and they charged me a recurring payment of $80. I emailed asking them to cancel and refund the payment since I no longer use their service and they refused to refund me!! That is a desperate and shady business tactic... on a related note, I cannot believe how expensive this app is for what you get… a bunch of workouts you could find for free on YouTube.

    I’m extremely disappointed with this app and its unethical subscription practices. After an unwanted subscription renewal, I contacted customer support to request a refund, but they flatly refused, citing a “non-refundable” policy. This is a blatant example of predatory sales tactics designed to trap users into paying for services they no longer want or need. Their refusal to offer a refund shows a lack of respect for their customers and prioritizes profit over trust. It’s shameful that a company would operate this way, and I strongly caution anyone considering this app to read the fine print carefully. I’ll be sharing my experience on social media and other platforms to ensure others are aware of these practices. If you value transparency and ethical business practices, avoid this app.

    Customer service is awful. They will charge you 4 times for a subscription that you didn’t even know you had and not give any notice or refund. Workouts are too similar and kinda boring. You can find better workouts for free on YouTube. Save money, go somewhere else and remember to cancel subscription, because they will literally charge whatever card you have and then some.

    They advertise low rates and hook you, no warning of subscription coming due and won’t refund. It’s not worth the hassle. Choose a different fitness app like OrganicFit who will take care of their customers. Worst experience ever.

    Have not used the app for almost a year and just got the charge for the renewal. I emailed asking for cancellation and refund and they said they were transparent but the susbscription does not appear on Apple subscriptions and you have to log into the website to make into any changes which makes it very impractical. I am very disappointed in the app and in management for the company because they just want to keep my money even if they see that I am not getting any value out of it.
  • Glitchy but decent workouts

    I’ve been using this app for 2 weeks now and noticing a lot of glitches. I am trying to do a challenge but it won’t give me the option to click the green dot at the end so it’s not marked as completed and I can’t move on to the next video in the challenge. Some buttons are not working. Also when I try to do 2 videos in a row the second one won’t register on my watch or show up in activity on my iPhone. My watch also says I’ve done 0 workouts this week and I’ve done 4 days. If these things don’t get solved by the end of the year, I set up a notification for myself to cancel a month before it renews. I’m also worried because it doesn’t show me what my renewal price will be so I may cancel anyway so I’m not surprised with a higher price.

    The application itself is pretty easy and straightforward to use, I really enjoyed using the mediations. Be warned though they will not notify you before your subscription is about to renew and they will not issue you any refund if you don’t cancel beforehand. I notified them on the day of renewal and tried to reach out to customer service about issuing a refund, since there policy says 14 days to cancel and request a refund, but was basically told tough luck. Funny enough they sent zero notifications about my subscription going to be renewed and since it renewed the applications has sent 4 reminders about using their service. As one person working in tech to another you should really work on your customer service and work with your customers to process their request instead of just using them for their money.
