The one last thing missing in macOS

This app has done it. It has brought the one tiny thing I miss about Windows. I can't believe it took me so long to find it.
Thank you for this app!
Just what I was looking for...

Used so many "hacks" and none of them were simpy and easy to use.
This is exactly what I was looking for :-)
Thank you!!
Doesn't work with OneDrive etc.

I can't get it to work with OneDrive. Right click within a OneDrive folder doesn't make the new file menu appear. Useless for me
I made sure I granted permission in the finder menu within the app but still no success..
Very convenient

Very convenient for a everyday windows user, lol. I only need it to create a empty file. I don't care what extension it is. You are going to rename it later, just change the file extension with it later. Awesome!
Too many instances

I am not sure what is going on with this, but the other day when I checked activity monitor, this had about 15 instances of this running. That is a big problem so I do not recomend until it is fixed.
I agree with "Works, works well actually"

The free version allows only 1 file type, but that's all I need. The key is setting up the preferences (and finder extensions) correctly. At first it didn't work in the volume I needed (Keybase) but I just added that in the preferences (which allow you to browse for new volumes instead of knowing how to type them in). Thank you, developers!
Great buy!

After using this free app for over a year, I decided to buy the paid version, which is a bargian at just $1.99. Thank you dev!
Amazing! Simple and Perfect

I had built a short-cut using Automator before, but this is so simple and elegant to use. Just a brief set-up, and then finally an easy way to right-click and make a new .txt file. Thank you!
why limit this to text files?

Please let me create whatever file extension I want, like README.md. There's no reason to limit this to .txt files. I realize I can just create a text file then change the extension in the finder, but why?
Works, works well actually

The other reviewers here were clearly missing something, make sure to enable the extension and add any network drive in the preferences. Works well for software development, where I am constantly breaking things up into new files. I find navigating the filesystem much much easier with the mouse finder. You can set up projects with this tool very quickly.
