Used this app for years. Always had an issue with re-linking my account. It would always log me out after a few weeks. Was very annoying. And now I cannot link my instagram unless i’m a business account on instagram! Don’t need that. Also read the other reviews that you have to pay to use this app as well now? Will be deleting and finding a new app.

My favorite, I’m in love! I’ve been using for almost 5 years now but I’m waiting for the new uptade so it aligns with the new grid on instagram…

I have loved the app for years, but lately it’s been constantly unsyncing my instagram account and re-linking it is not very intuitive at all. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to just let me have continuous access to my feed. Based on other reviews it seems like a lot of people feel the same way. Please fix it, considering deleting if it doesn’t improve.

I’ve been using this app for years and it was great until it wasn’t. I constantly have to re-link my instagram accounts and half the time the app has an issue and I’m unable to link it. I switched my account to a creator account then to a business account and I still couldn’t link it to UNUM… it’s just frustrating. I paid for a yearly subscription just for the app to not work properly… it’s upsetting

I relied on UNUM to simply be able to organize and think about my feed, back when the app icon was white and the logo type was in black. I was planning my feed in the app today when I realized it was using a square grid when IG now uses rectangle, so I decided to update the UNUM app in the hopes the update would have the option to customize grid dimensions. Worst mistake ever. I don’t know what user case studies they ran to come up with this new direction for the app but, I absolutely hate it. Its now so jam packed with extra features that it’s overwhelming. It immediately made me want to delete the app but, since I’ve had it for so long I considered taking the time to get to know the new UNUM. In trying to get familiar I noticed that they now COUNT how many times you upload a picture to the app if your a FREE user, and I have to wait for a reset to continue. God save us from capitalism. I cant even experiment what my feed may look like by uploading different pictures because I dont pay for that feature??? The most basic and primary one??? This app obviously is not meant for the average user, its for some super nepo influencer who obsesses enough over content to pay for such a thing. I don’t know if it’s because I work in design myself or what but the new update feels extremely personal. UNUM how could you do this to me??😭💔

The app’s grid layout feels outdated, and the Instagram feed often fails to load properly, making it frustrating to plan content. Needs better optimization and UI improvements. Also, there’s no clear ‘Help’ button, making it difficult to find support when needed.

I don’t want to switch apps but if they do not update to the new grid, I will have to. It’s getting ridiculous

Utter chaos. Glitchy. Undoes your work. Moves your content on its own. Not user friendly. No collaboration between two users. Multiple symbols all over the content that you can’t remove which makes it hard to focus and think straight.

I love this app but it really needs to update to IGs new grid layout. The dimensions no longer match up and when you go to select another grid dimension it doesn’t have any that match IGs as an option. Kinda defeats the purpose of using it to plan my feed when I go to post and and on IG it’s way more zoomed in. They should also have it where you can crop the photos on the feed/ zoom in and out. When I try to use the crop feature it just does the actual photo but not the way it shows in feed. Like I said just defeats the whole purpose :/
