Paid for a subscription and thought, at first, this was an awesome app. What I found out was it changed the other faces that I’d already picked. It would delete complications that I had already put in other faces. That’s so inconvenient. Garbage! UPDATE! I’ve had to reset my watch because of unauthorized activity regarding my wallet. I contribute this to Facer, as I’ve never had any issues before adding this app. STAY AWAY!!!!

Ever since i downloaded and went ahead and paid for a year for pro, downloaded the fallout skin for my Apple Watch Ultra 2 I keep getting wrong password input into my watch please wait x amount of time to try again. With this said it didn’t do it before and didn’t after I removed the watch skin from my watch and my iPhone.

Faces stopped working and the app has access to all needed information. I get having to synch it or keep it close to the phone for weather updating but I paid the full amount 39.99 and none of the watch faces I want work at all now. I’d avoid this app until they fix it. I’d love a refund because it’s not worth the price if the app isn’t going to work at all.

Is this a children’s app? Because as an adult, every single option was hideous and childlike. They also want you to pay for a subscription. 🤣

I have used Facer for years. Every year I pay the Premium and somehow, my account gets lost. Every year. This year I renewed three months ago and of course, my account is gone and my money is gone and no access to premium. I’m done. I’m denying the charge to my bank and getting my money back.

The faces don’t work with the 10 series. Never updates weather, steps, BPM or any other health indicators. Tried 10 different faces for several weeks. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t waste your money. I subscribed, but the app would never register my subscription. I contacted support and they are no help. No response plus in the app they’re advertising yearly for $14.99 but when you click on it. Purchase the real price is $39.99.

Everything is tied to the add, I can even find my purchased let alone the the option. I bought a lot and would to use them

Now the whole idea of this is great although it is so darn annoying because whenever it gives you suggestions for your type of Apple Watch, before you load into the home page, it says “ loading suggestions for your Apple Watch SE 10” You want to know what it says when it literally displays the watch face on an Apple Watch, you want to know what it says? Not available on Apple Watch Like what⁉️ I would actually really like this app if you fixed this, but right now I am highly disappointed.

This app was such a disappointment. I couldn’t get any of my watch faces due to the fact that I have an SE and my IOS wasn’t compatible. It’s a brand new AppleWatch SE 2nd Gen. You would think it would work. Totally not worth it if you have my watch. What a waist of the monthly pass.
