    I paid to get the premium for nothing because everything I download ends up being like a black screen with just the time on it so disappointed I wasted my money on this app

    I loved this app until this last update. Now, it says the calendar app and compilation is not installed and a lot of the faces are not loading. I can’t load any face that tracks steps or uses any compilation, whatever you did in the update made it horrible! All I can use is photos, that’s not worth the subscription price.

    Faces only go to Facer app on the watch. Once the target is changed, the custom face is lost. No realistic functionality. Support is not helpful and just answer with template busy work requests.

    I deleted this account! The app claims it’s deleted & will end when my time is up since I paid for a year & today I received a $14.99 charge on my credit card for this app! I have no way of cancelling it through the app! 🤬🤬 I will call the credit card company & report them! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! They don’t deserve any stars!!!

    The prices for a subscription are higher on the purchase page than advertised. The purchase for a month went through and I immediately got a message that there was a problem with the app and to contact support. Apparently according to others this is a common problem and support doesn’t respond timely. This is the second chance I have tried this app and the last. I feel that the ratings do not reflect the issues that people are having. I would not recommend.

    I get stuck on the subscription page. I click the X because I don’t want to pay, but it keeps me on the page. Sorry, not interested in paying for a watch face.

    I was hoping to be able to get a better watch face than Apple is offering. I was disappointed after downloading this app, that while they have a lot of cool watch faces you have to pay for a subscription to get most of them. One of the few free ones I was going to try, and the reviews all said it would not work. Don’t know why this app has so many stars. I gave it one but that is too many.
