I have used this app for a few years now, I’m a huge movie watcher. I literally only have one question and that is to please add tv shows. Please please please! You could do it like many streaming services have with options to look and switch from movies to tv shows and have the actors with their roles in tv shows on there. I think it would be a lovely touch.

sometimes like to use writing reviews on here as an excuse to dabble in creative writing again. however, any time i’ve put an above-average amount of time and effort into a review in the last couple years, i’ve had all of my progress wiped, sometimes right in the middle of typing. even when the app “saves” an unfinished review (when the app is closed prematurely or simply refreshes while in background), it’s a coin toss whether or not it will save anything other than your rating. kind of defeats the purpose being a community review site, but i guess memey one-liners are what the app is built on so maybe i’m the weird one. also no issue with having ads for a free account, but when they both obscure the actual content of your website and hijack your audio output it makes your app more trouble than it’s worth. fix these glaring issues and perhaps include a more obvious, transparent, and STABLE for composing and accessing drafts for reviews, and i’ll bump this review up expeditiously.

this was the best app every created argue with the wall. Ive never felt love till i used letterboxd. only a loser nerd mamas boy wouldnt have letterboxd

letterboxd is AMAZING’ i’m a patron and use the app everysingle day. the only suggestion i have is making it easier to organize your lists. its a bit frustrating scrolling through all of them so a search button for your lists and being able to make catagories like ‘year recaps’, ‘actor tier lists’, etc, that would be AMAZING

Great! Only complaint is the lack of shows on this app! Ranking Star Wars and Marvel projects is aggravating bc half of them aren’t on here. Please put shows on here! 🙏

Basic things are impossible or buried under bad UI. Why is it so difficult to add and remove things from my watchlist? The app only focuses on films I’ve already watched.

They really gave the movie “Cuties” a higher score than anything made by angel studios

PLEASE LET US PUT FIVE MOVIES IN FAVORITES INSTEAD OF FOUR

This app is good but it’s missing some key features. Most importantly if the catalog isn’t going to be entirely complete (which is understandable) then you should still be able to add a movie/show or entry that you want by name even if Letterboxd hasn’t heard of it.
