ALMOST perfect except for one missing feature

Really enjoyed using this app to edit my collage — it’s easy and works well overall. However, it doesn’t let me upload multiple files at once on my iPhone. I know I can transfer and finish on Desktop, but it would save so much time if I could batch upload or multi-select photos directly in the mobile app.
Adobe Express team — please make this process easier and faster on mobile!
Big Scam!!!!

I subscribed for their Pro subscription through my Apple account. When I was done I unsubscribed but they kept charging me. But when I try to unsubscribe in the settings it sends me to my Apple account which says I’m still subscribed. There’s no customer support so they just keep taking my money. Do NOT get a pro subscription.
Clunky slow

Seems AE is heavily reliant on the cloud and wanting to do a bunch in the background. Stuff loads slow and some tools take up tons of space when you want to get down to the details. It’s slowly improving each time I use it which is for basic photo crops and text.
Compression Challeneges

The platform is very beginner friendly with a lot of features to try. My issue (and why I may pivot out of the platform) is the lag while editing and doing playback for IG reels with lower thirds is bad. The preview when I scrub through isn’t showing the correct scene. It very clear that there are some bugs to be fixed. Maybe Adobe Express is better just for stills. Everything looks beautiful in the end but to get there is like pulling teeth a bit
Not user-friendly for iPad

They used to have a pretty good deal going on a couple of years ago now they’ve tried to be creative and they’ve got it all screwed up. It’s a piece of junk to use not friendly at all. Does not work on an iPad when you’re trying to text or do something the screen keeps shifting around nobody ever responds to you with any kind of tech-support Horrible horrible horrible but guess what you’re forced to use it because there’s not many other options out there.
Has to be the worst app update in the history of iPhone

Slower, more complicated, doesn't save the correct image. Adobe Express used to be my favorite app for years. This update ruined it. It has become so dysfunctional that one would think it was done on purpose to ruin the app and its developers. A ruined app that is the least user-friendly.
Frustratingly Bad in 2025

This app used to be easy to drop in an image and quickly make something eye catching. Now the latest update has stripped away all the previous creative tools and Adobe butchered the user interface and made it frustrating to use. Not a fan.
Another app ruined

This was by far my favorite app for a quick graphic design project to do on my phone.
They ruined it with the recent update.
Many fonts changed, distorted all of my saved projects, and the layout is horrible.
App is totally Useless

Adobe is discriminating against their customer base who chooses not to add AI to their phone with the latest IOS update, by completely blocking you from using their app if you do not update to the most recent version of IOS.
I have not updated my app nor my phone, so the old version should still work, however, it does not.
I’m not a fan of totalitarian tactics from my app makers, so I will be deleting after this comment.
Most recent version is awful

I used AE all the time for simple social media projects. Nothing more than cropping an image to fit the correct size and then using the cool font style wheel to make some snazzy text.
The most recent update has taken all that away and shoved in more worthless AI “features.” Crop no longer works and the text style wheel is gone. If the move here was to pull a bait and switch in order to convert me to a paying customer or something then it failed.
I wish I could have the previous major version before all the changes. The things that made this app perfect for me, which was mostly ease of use and quick workflow, have been stripped away and I now have no use for this app. What a shame, but not surprising coming from Adobe.
