    I’ve been very active in athletics and personal fitness since I was very young! I have a lot of experience in exercise but the Sweat app was incredibly beneficial to me to show me a new way to approach the gym. I’m on week 6 of Kelsey Wells PWR 1.0 and I’m so in love and already notice a difference in my body. :)

    Honestly, I had the app forever, but wasn’t really using it. I just got to the point where I realized how sick of being tired and unhappy with my body I have become, and decided to try again. The workouts offer great guides and the community is AMAZING. First workout this time around I was feeling pretty pessimistic of my own abilities and posted about it and the community just jumped in with support. It’s a great way to push yourself to be the best version of yourself.
