    Two things… 1. It’s ridiculous that I can’t seem to fit 3 body parts into an hour workout. Today I chose low back, back, and abs and it couldn’t formulate a workout for all body parts even set to an AN HOUR long! 2. The demo videos hardly ever play! I’ve been using the app for weeks and still can’t figure out how to reliably get the demo videos to play when opening each exercise. It’s just a still image every time.

    This app is extremely frustrating to use. It does not save workouts as you progress and record them, which is a major problem. It’s infuriating, especially when I’m paying to use it. The lack of basic functionality is unacceptable for a fitness app. Not worth the subscription!

    Excellent app, been using it for years. Only downside / feature request is there is no option to add custom exercises. Whether it’s a specific rehab exercise or a bespoke machine you want to use - if it’s not in the library you can’t log it, which is a bummer.

    I am 64 years old and I like that I can put my age and stats in there for a benchmark ! I can tell even at my age my arms , legs and glutes has build up ! I look better in my clothes and I want to stay healthy and prepare for the future years !
  • Confounding Algorithms and Workout Timing

    This app does not do a good enough job building workouts to desired workout time - why ask for that information if it’s not used? The algorithm to calculate weights/reps for exercises is clunky. Today I was served up 3 sets of 11 reps at 6 pounds when the app had calculated my 1-rep max as 58 pounds. Made zero sense. Happens too frequently.

    This app has been great. It’s nice to have a new set of exercises to do every time I go to work out. I’m able to stay consistent and not get bored of doing the same routines every day. I do have an idea for the gym equipment however. I’ve noticed that there is a section to choose your dumbbell weights but no way to select the plates you have. There should be an option to select the weighted plates you have so it can better suit your routine instead of guessing how much weight you should use. Other than that this app has been such a joy to use

I highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level! *If I could add one thing it would be a timer build into the app that would keep breaks consistent in between sets.
  • Good but needs a lot of work

    Constantly lowers my weight for no reason to ridiculous amount (35lbs for squat ,weight and bar) and everyone knows bar weighs 45 alone, after I am doing 135-150lbs or more the week before. Also tries to make you superset barbell exercises with crazy different weight amounts /exercises which means you would have to strip that weight over and over at a home gym which is unfeasible. Needs improvement
