Overcharges your budget. If my budget is at $1 to start, receiving 1 click for $1.75 isn’t helping our store. Negative stars. Also, the customer service is non existent, the people at the call center are useless and after being transferred the system hangs up on you, phone appointments are also not being kept. Google ads is a scam, Amazon and Temu have an illegal monopoly on Google Ads as well. Contact the FTC and file a complaint against Google Ads.

You can't do basically anything, wow. This is like horrendous. What are you supposed to do if you lose wi-fi?? Are you gonna give me a refund??

They suspended my ad account making it to where I can’t advertise, but yet I can’t delete the ad because my account is suspended. The Google ad team themselves performed this Google build. They asked me questions about my company and then they created the Google Ad campaigns. Now it is saying the ads of which the Google ad team built, is manipulative of ad components. I emailed asking them to call me to help and I just keep getting the exact repetitive email Over and over with no resolution and no one will call me to fix this! They had no problem taking out almost $1500 within a 30 day period!

Keeps receiving an unexpected error. Can’t login. Can’t do anything except report the issue.

I tried to go through the process of starting an ad. It got to the payment part (the final step), but it kept hanging and the Back and Cancel buttons wouldn’t work. I had to close and go through the half-hour ad creation process again. Four times. Ugh!!

This should be more details on how to obtain results possibly linking with similar businesses and their campaign on a tutorial basis.

Google ads wasn’t great to begin with, but ever since they moved to AI handling their customer service, it’s gotten really bad. My account got deactivated without giving me a reason and the documentation they requested me to review to fix my issue was previously removed and unavailable. Google doesn’t care about their users, and will do anything to save a few extra dollars at the expense of the customer.
