    Google in general isn’t a user friendly platform. I can’t tell if the ad is live and running. This should not be difficult to figure out, but leave it to Google to over complicate the simplest of communications.

    If you care about the well-being of your bank account and your mental state, do not use Google ads or anything involving Google that connects any of your credit or debit cards. As soon as you cancel, one subscription, they will start another on their own without you knowing and charge you monthly until you have to call. But here’s the kicker there’s no one to call. So once you finally reached out to the entire Google community to get your refund, they will only award you a very small piece of your refund. Let’s hope they didn’t charge you hundreds of dollars like they did me! I wish I could do negative 5 stars THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND horrible customer service!

    This used to be a great way to manage campaigns and monitor performance on the go, but unfortunately, after upgrading my phone, it no longer works like it used to and shows an error screen every Time I open the app. I have submitted multiple reports, but can’t seem to get a fix for this so I fear this app is useless to me. It would be nice to see an actual fix for this bug, I can’t be the only one experiencing this.

    Google ads used to be effective for small businesses, but since about 2021 the ads become less effective and more costly, my cost continued to go up to be effective to a point I couldn’t afford anymore. The entire year of 2024 I got zero conversions, zero. I got zero return on investment. They just kept telling me to spend more money and hope for a return. Now the app has completely stopped working and I cannot log on to access my account. Update: January 2024/January 2025: Zero Conversions, Zero Return on Investment. Finally canceled my entire Ads account.

    They’ve been overcharging my account can’t get them answer the phone they’ll just hang up their automated voice message would do the same thing and there’s no way to remove a payment option without putting in another payment option. You guys keep this up and you’re gonna catch yourself a lawsuit

    Google ads are very hard to understand. Not user friendly. Unless you are very techie, you won’t able to do it yourself.

    Horrible quality from customer support. A bunch of Indians not a single American, you can barely understand their English. Not only that but they’re rude & will not help or resolve your issue. You’ll get sent to another department that work ever even reach back out. If you’re a business paying Google ads it’s a waste
