Description

The myBioness™ mobile application is used in conjunction with the L300 Go® Functional Electrical Stimulation System. L300 Go is used to improve the mobility of individuals challenged by foot drop and/or knee instability which may occur after an Upper Motor Neuron disease or injury. With Version 2.0, the user will now have control over the stimulation modes of all connected devices, as well as the stimulation level, audio and vibration feedback. Connected devices can be controlled individually, or all together through use of the Universal Controls. Also new to this version, the user can set a daily steps goal and monitor their performance through the redesigned Activity graphing screens, which still allow for sorting step data (and now distance data) into weeks, months, and years. This is a helpful tool that supports personal goal setting, an important component of the rehabilitation process. *Please note that an L300 device is required to utilize and operate the myBioness application.

I love my cuff but the app won’t open. Every time I try it crashes. I think this started happening after the last update three weeks ago.

App keeps crashing since I updated it yesterday. Uninstalled it and reinstalled to try to fix it but nothing.

I only wish it synced with Apple Health. Like everyone else I can see maintaining a Bluetooth connection will be an nuisance.

Can’t reset the initial intensity so it’s set to where I need it each time I turn it on. This is a major oversight by the app developer. There is no “pause” button. Many times a day I would like to have it “inactive” for several minutes. To do this I have to turn it off and when I turn it back on I have to readjust the intensity on both legs. A very poorly thought out design. An insignificant issue is having symbols on the control page that are not defined anywhere. I spent a lot of time on the Internet trying to find documentation and it does not seem to exist.
  • You have to repair Bluetooth with device each time it loses connection with phone

Great app and very convenient while wearing device under clothing....while it’s connected. My only complaint is that you have to repair the Bluetooth connection every time it loses connection with your phone. I don’t always have my phone on me so if my leg Bioness brace is under my plants.. it’s difficult to find the buttons to repair the Bluetooth connection. Would rate it 5 stars if it would auto-reconnect with device.

The device works amazing, The app not so much, you can turn on or Off the l300 go, but as far as check steps etc. nope. It’s still stuck in the year 2018

  • Device is great, App was a struggle at first

I am deleting my previous review, in which I railed about the quality of the app. I’m not sure if it’s my understanding or the app recognizing my phone but it seems to have been working fine for the past month. At first there was a lot of difficulty with pairing and Bluetooth disconnecting. My only frustrations now are similar to what other reviews mention, it resets itself to the same level every time you turn it off and back on. The step counter does not seem to sync properly on a regular basis. And sometimes my phone steps are much higher than Bioness steps, and when it has been on all day.

Add the ability to change from double tap to single tap. This will give more flexibility to us that have MS related hand dexterity issues. For gate mode, add the ability to resume session at the last level that was set. For example, if I set the level to 6 and then I turn gate mode off it should go back to 6 when I turn gate mode back on. It shouldn’t go back to the default level. That should only happen when I first turn the device or app on.
  • Missing Essential Functionality

    - No support for saving intensity settings (resets after each time of enabling/disabling gait mode) - No dashboard support (screen where you swipe left on the home screen for quick info) - Absolutely not worth the price. Absurd that they’re even charging, provided the exorbitant price of the devices
