TRASH! Always off line, stopped sending notifications, spend a enormous amount of time trying to get sd card to read

App update forcing subscriptions even though I bought sd cards & the update locks the camera now. Falsely being advertised as no subscription needed & reported as fraud & scammers.

I paid for the camera… You can get other brands of cameras and not have to deal with ads with their apps. The app is only fair… But the worst thing is is you have to sit through an ad every time you open the app up. If something’s going on somewhere after you get an alert you don’t wanna wait 30 seconds or 60 seconds to see if there’s an emergency going on or if there’s an intruder on your property. This app is garbage. Don’t buy any device That runs on it.

When you’re trying to pull up your security cameras sometimes seconds count. Now you have to wait for ads before you can even access the app. That’s a horrible design.

This app use to be great but now it won’t work so it’s useless. Keeps saying can’t connect and that my system is disconnected but it’s not.

I’ve been using the EseeCloud IOS app for several years to view my video from my NVR. It no longer works. I can’t pair it to my NVR. Do not recommend

The “motion detection” catches every stupid bird landing on my porch and every person walking by but when someone comes up my stairs and steals my package, of COURSE there’s a gap in the footage. What’s the freaking point of owning this thing?? To watch the grass grow??

The only reason I got this cam was so I wouldn’t have to pay a monthly service. You have to pay a monthly service to get notifications. This is worthless. You are not providing me any service that I need to pay you a monthly fee.

Try get you buy cloud and have memory card a lot tossed in garbage

I had high hopes for these solar cameras, but unfortunately, they’ve been a major letdown. One of the biggest issues is that they go offline every time it’s windy, which defeats the purpose of having security cameras in the first place. One of the cameras also refuses to stay charged—even though it gets sunlight most of the day. Another major frustration is how slow they are. It takes minutes for frames to load when I get an alert or try to view the live feed. By the time the footage finally shows up, whoever was at the door is already gone, and it’s too late to use the two-way audio. These cameras have caused more stress than peace of mind. I really wish I had read the reviews before buying. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
