App is run by some Chinese website. No type of support at all. Doesn’t let you select your Wi-Fi to connect to. Avoid this app

Unable to only select someone is active

Checked every setting in my iPhone everything says it’s on but the notifications is not showing on my screen I am now getting the play back and can view them Just the notifications are not popping up on my phone

Needed a replacement camera for one that quit working. Same equipment but a different App that is worse than the last one. Talk about not user friendly. Can’t get the sharing to work at all. Next time I’ll spend the extra $$ to buy one that doesn’t run me in circles trying to get certain features to work.

That new update was a down grade cause now when click on is someone active it does not show you what you want.

Before update i can filter when someone is active. Now i can't 😞

Just got this, will keep updating 10/25/24. All around great quality/value/price! Can't delete "events" "alarm messages". Slightly stutters and needed to refresh first few days. I've tested LOTS of security cameras and apps. This is the top app for a camera that offers ACTUAL 24/7 recording PLUS alerts PLUS clips. Other apps either 24/7 OR clip alerts. Great night footage w limited light. Battery has yet to go below 95% after 24/7 recording I'm in sunny SoCal inland.

I don’t even have 2 months with this camera and I’m already getting problems, camera is offline and won’t even give me notifications seems like they update the app and it got worse :(

I have emailed twice with no response over the course of a month. Nothing matches on their website for the directions on how to use this app. It is a wonderful picture but that is IT. And then they won’t let me cancel the subscription (even though I can’t find out where this cloud is that it’s all stored). DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

After latest update they ruined the display viewing by adding some trash floating navigation bar that doesn’t go away and blocks the view on iPad
