The use of tags and colored backgrounds help with quick navigation and organization. The integration with Google Docs is super helpful and saves time whereas other Note apps need formatting changes and just don’t work as smoothly alongside Google Docs. However, I end up not using it as much as I’d like to. My eyesight is bad, and it’s a strain to see the small text. There’s no option to change the text size. On desktop, there’s H1 and H2 options, but these don’t appear on the mobile app, even when I preset text using desktop; it simply doesn’t register on mobile. Please add text size as a feature.

I use Keep many times a day to take quick notes, draws quick sketch of an idea, jot down song titles and lyrics to my next smash hit, and a thousand other things. It can do lots of stuff, syncs across multiple devices and is pretty seamless online and offline. The only thing I wish I could have is a way to find one of my notes, from the many already pinned, and move it to the top of the pinned items. Not a huge ask but the one I wish for to make it PERFECT.

Keep is insanely reliable for quick capture and jotting down fleeting ideas that can be later acted on or compartmentalized into a different app. Only thing it’s missing is rich text formatting and widgets for iOS. These made their way to the Android and Web version recently. For add them for iOS, Google!

So disappointing. The app won’t even open. Have used Google Keep for years. Now all it does is crash or the keyboard lowers itself for no reason. And I DO NOT want to receive a copy-and-pasted reply from the developer telling me to “enable my background refresh.” That is a nothing response; of course everyone already has that enabled. Please fix the app; this is a bad user experience.

This app is performing worse and worse as time goes by. Google Keep is a fundamental part of my life, so this app needs to be working. 1. On WiFi or Cellular, constantly flashes “cannot connect”. That’s fine, but it interferes with entering data, making basic functionally VERy challenging. 2. When typing, it often hides the keyboard mid typing. Something about the app is causing the keyboard to minimize, and this also interferes. 3. Basic things like indenting checklist. I just had a hilarious battle where I tried to indent a sub entry on a checklist, and over and over again it un-indented the same entry. I’m worried you guys don’t care about this app any more, but my data is locked up. If you want to discontinue it, fine, but give me instructions to offload my data and a suggested replacement. Or integrate it with one of the products you do care about.
