Shame on Amazon for trying to sucker people into paying for a subscription for WiFi. Shady company

The app is very easy to use. It would be nice if the following features could be added: - Device Priority - Permanently disconnecting devices for the network - A grill icon for my smart grill

The app is okay, but the 6E Pro cuts out about 6 times an hour, and usually has to be reset each day, sometimes with help from our fiber provider’s tech support. We only have two phones, an iPad, and one TV connected, and we are paying for the highest level of connectivity.

So easy to set up. Highly recommend.

This product will charge you $100/year for the basic scheduling you could get on any router for free. A ridiculously expensive subscription for basic functionality you can get elsewhere for free.

Please give users the option the basic option to generate an image of the QR code! I need to print the QR code to have in my home and in guest guides - need a QR code with transparent background and the app doesn’t allow you to share the QR code unless it’s screenshot

Got the eero package with one beacon to my new home, didn’t spend the night in the house show up the next day to finish the setup from the email sent, everything stopped working, had to call in, they were able to get the eero up but now the beacon will not work, not good for first impression
