Please solv the many problems with this app. Crashes, keeps asking me to subscribe when I’m already a subscriber, can’t access support unless it’s regular business hours so if you have a problem on a weekend then, tough. You have to do more than collect money.

It never tells you how to access the newspaper after subscribing.

I have been reading the CC Times for 30 years and was happy when the ePaper came out, I enjoy the local stories and high school sports. At some point the pop up advertisements started to appear which was tolerable but annoying. The jumping around inadvertently however while trying to navigate stories is beyond annoying, just make it read like a paper and turn off all the bells & whistles for a better experience. My 2 cents.

App is fine, as good as any. Please for the love of all that is holy keep local journalists employed. It’s impossible to keep up with all the issues without local expertise.

They make it very difficult to manage the paid subscription which is not showing up in my Apple subscriptions nor can I find any info of how much I’m paying for the subscription in the app. There is a phone number that says that I’m calling outside their 8am-9pm business hours when I’m calling at 4pm. Seems dubious and unethical billing practices.

Why am I looking at a forecast from a week ago?
  • Unnecessary steps to manage access

Although our Cape Cod Times account has existed since the 60”s, the connection fails to work numerous times each month. Sometimes, it asks me to sign in. Then, it addresses me by name but then requires me to fill in all my information again. Unlike other apps, this one has required me to change my password every once in a while after refusing mine. I keep a printed list of passwords and do not “forget” them!
