    This app suddenly stopped working on my iPhone. This app suddenly stopped opening up. I tried deleting the app and re-installing and it still doesn’t work.

    I LIKE THIS APP A LOT, BUT IT KEEPS LOGGING ME OUT ON THE APPLE TV WHICH IS ANNOYING. AND WHEN IT DOES SO IT FORGETS THAT I DON’T WANT AUTOPLAY ON. ALSO THIS APP IS SUBSTANTIALLY LOUDER THAN ALL THE OTHER APPS ON MY APPLE TV. THAT IS WHY I AM TYPING IN ALL CAPS—SO YOU CAN HEAR ME OVER IT.

    Love the content and information, but when the app reopens on my iPhone, it loses my place when trying to play a lecture and starts it over. Very frustrating. I was originally hoping they would come up with a CarPlay app, but now I’m just hoping for basic functionality to work.

    I love the content of Great Courses and will probably keep my subscription just for that, but this app is very frustrating. In particular, it struggles mightily in keeping track of which lectures you’ve watched and rarely starts you on the next one in your series. It almost always starts up the one I previously watched. TGC app fails on some basic table stakes of a streaming service. 5 stars when and if they fix the app.

    The app is pretty terrible. It keeps bumping me out when I try to start something. It's really frustrating when you're in the mood to dice into a subject, and you keep getting bumped out again and again. The content itself really runs the spectrum. Some lectures are given by engaging instructors who seem to understand the brief, and others are dull and have fuzzy production.

    But the app continues to let me know, every minute or so, that it is using cellular data. I don’t care. Just use it.

    I love the content on this app. Everything I watched was informative. The app, however, was buggy. I would pause a video and the audio would continue to play. I would switch from one subject to another and have both audios playing simultaneously.
